Taser Electric, adhering to the spirit of "high quality, excellent service, and pursuit of development," solemnly makes the following commitments to you to improve the quality of our products and service level:
I. Product Quality Commitment:
(1) Our company guarantees that all products leaving the factory are brand new and are manufactured and inspected in accordance with national standards. Unqualified products will never leave the factory.
(2) Our company has passed ISO9001:2008 quality system certification. We conduct strict quality management and control over all aspects of the design, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, packaging, transportation, loading and unloading of the supplied equipment.
(3) You are welcome to visit our company at any time to fully understand our R&D and production capabilities, so that you can confidently choose our products.
II. After-Sales Service Commitment:
(1) The service period is 30 years for the normal service life of the product.
(2) Equipment quality guarantee period: Within 12 months after the equipment is put into operation, if damage occurs due to non-misuse, we will provide warranty service and, within half an hour of the customer's request for repair cooperation, provide warranty services including but not limited to on-site repair, technical support, and parts replacement.
(3) Upon receiving after-sales service information, our personnel will respond within half an hour. On-site service personnel will arrive at the site within two hours. If necessary, our user service engineers will arrive at the site as quickly as possible.
III. After-sales Service Content:
(1) Repair of product quality issues and replacement of parts.
(2) Providing users with quality problem analysis reports.
(3) Guiding users in training relevant personnel on maintenance and operation.
(4) If needed, we can provide technical services during product commissioning, such as dispatching professional technicians to the site during product delivery, installation, commissioning, handover testing, and personnel training.
(5) During installation, we will assign dedicated personnel to assist the power supply department in installation, establish key user files and assign dedicated personnel to regularly follow up on-site to understand user needs and extend transformer lifespan.
(6) After the product warranty period expires, our company will provide necessary after-sales service free of charge. If repair or replacement of parts is required, our company will fully cooperate.

Maintenance Plan During Warranty Period:
During the warranty period, we will provide you with free routine maintenance every six months (initially every three months). We will record the product's operation, promptly understand its status, and immediately resolve any abnormalities on-site, providing timely feedback to our headquarters. We will also provide you with a detailed inspection report.
We will provide technical support and related services for product upgrades and replacements.
Maintenance Plan After Warranty Expiration:
After the warranty period expires, our company will provide lifetime maintenance services for the supplied products at preferential prices.
Upon receiving a repair request from the user, we will arrive on-site to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Costs: After the warranty period expires, the user will pay for the appropriate wages, accommodation, and travel expenses of the service personnel. If materials are replaced, the cost of materials will be charged at a preferential price.
Fault Response Time:
Upon receiving a service request, a service engineer will contact the customer by phone within 30 minutes. In emergencies, we will arrive on-site within 12 hours. For product returns, exchanges, testing, and repairs, Tessa Electric promises to complete preliminary testing within 2 business days. If the response is delayed due to force majeure, the user will handle the matter accordingly, if the response is delayed due to our own actions, we will bear all responsibility.
