Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear GCK
The GCK adopts a frame structure, offering flexible assembly, and belongs to the traditional low-voltage switchgear and control equipment category. The drawer-type units utilize guide rails and a screw-driven mechanism, providing clear working positions, easy and reliable operation, flexible electrical schemes, and convenient combination. It is suitable for AC 50Hz power supply and distribution systems with a rated operating voltage below 400V, used for receiving and distributing electrical energy, and for controlling, protecting, and monitoring circuits. It is widely used in construction, industrial and mining enterprises, underground facilities, docks, airports, hospitals, and other application industries.
The main electrical performance conforms to the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards and the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) standards.
Each cabinet can use an isolation transformer to separate the main and auxiliary circuits. The auxiliary circuit's operating power supply is 50Hz, 220V, the signal power supply is 50Hz, 6V.
The main receiving switch has three-stage (instantaneous, short-delay, and overload) protection. To coordinate with the next-level main switch (which has instantaneous and overload protection), the instantaneous stage is eliminated, avoiding cascading tripping. Automatic transfer, non-automatic transfer, and switching devices are available as options.
The horizontal busbar is available in both segmented and non-segmented configurations. When segmented, the bus tie switch includes automatic transfer, non-automatic transfer, and switching devices.
The motor control circuit features short-circuit instantaneous protection, overload protection, undervoltage release, and phase loss protection.
The AC contacts in each functional unit operate silently, providing energy savings. Furthermore, it exhibits a delayed release characteristic (greater than 0.35 seconds, less than 0.5 seconds) after power loss. Therefore, even without individual motor starting relays, power can be restored within 0.3 seconds (reclosing or backup power automatic transfer time less than 0.3 seconds), ensuring continued motor operation.
The main switch of the feeder circuit features instantaneous and overload protection. Leakage protection can be added if required by the user.
The main switch for lighting and household appliances features instantaneous, overload, and leakage protection. This circuit is particularly suitable for powering portable appliances such as electric drills and hand grinders.
The receiving circuit is equipped with an ammeter and active and reactive power meters. Circuits rated 250A and above may or may not be equipped with ammeters and electricity meters. Other circuits exceeding 37kW or 60A are equipped with ammeters.
Lights and alarm devices may be added in case of an accident.
