The XGNT12-12, 24, and 40.5 series gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear is a new generation of gas-filled switchgear independently developed by Ningbo (Taser) Electric Co., Ltd. based on thorough research of existing domestic and international technologies. It utilizes SF6 gas insulation and is suitable for secondary distribution and end-user applications in 35kV power systems, particularly suitable for high-altitude and heavily polluted areas. It is widely used in national power grids, municipal engineering, wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation, hydropower, railways, steel, metallurgy, and petrochemical industries.
This product houses vacuum circuit breakers, disconnectors, and other switchgear in a sealed stainless steel enclosure filled with low-pressure SF6 gas as the insulating medium. The vacuum circuit breakers are horizontally arranged and employ three-position disconnectors, with comprehensive mechanical and electrical interlocks between each switch.
The primary energized components are fully sealed and insulated, ensuring safety and reliability. Its compact structure and small size make it suitable for applications with limited space. The internal arc-resistant design ensures operator safety. It features a comprehensive interlocking system to prevent misoperation. The modular design allows for expansion as needed.
